About the Bears

We’re extremely proud of the culture we’ve created at Northern Bear, but we tend to be humble about it. That’s why we’ve created a page highlighting all the lovely people who make Northern Bear possible.

Chris

For over 15 years he has been working with organisations big and small, to create and implement effective brand strategies and websites.

Chris launched Northern Bear over 6 years ago with the ambition to help charities and not-for-profit organisations thrive.

Emily

Creative Director

With over 20 years of experience, Emily leads all creative output from our studio. We’re super lucky to have her on the Northern Bear team, and her ability to create beautiful, effective design is a true gift, to us, and to our clients!

Dan

Project Manager

Dan has a wealth of experience in managing multiple and complex projects, there’s not a hurdle he hasn’t overcome in delivering successful projects.Dan will be the main point of contact throughout the project and will make sure everything runs smoothly.

Stewart

Digital Director

Stewart is a website building machine. He has design and built 100’s of websites, and there’s not much worth knowing that he doesn’t already know about building great sites. Stewart is part of the steering group for Elementor, one of the key components of the site build and knows the platform inside out.

Morgan

Digital Developer

Morgan is a super talented multi-disciplined part of the team, supporting across all design & digital projects. Her broad set of skills and never-ending desire to learn makes her a superb asset to our project team.

Karen

Business Manager

Karen keeps the cogs turning. She makes sure the finances are in check and looks after us all to ensure we’re a happy sleuth of bears.

Kathryn

Content Manager

Kathryn has a way of creating content that makes it both look great and do its job really well. She’s super organised and never short of an idea or two of how to take your content to the next level. She’s also an excellent baker, so get your requests in for our next meeting!

Ralph

Actual Bear

When Ralph isn’t off fishing for salmon he likes nothing more than a cup of tea and a custard cream.
