Hey there, Dan here, with the scoop on my first six weeks as a Project Manager at The Northern Bear. Buckle up, because it’s been a rollercoaster ride of creativity, client love, and a touch of bear puns (just a touch, I promise).

From day one, I knew I’d landed in a den of creative wonder. My desk welcomed me with open arms, adorned with ‘The Bear Necessities’ handbook – a personalised touch that made me feel right at home. At The Northern Bear, commitment to employees isn’t just a concept; it’s a tangible thing, right there on my desk.

One of the highlights so far has been diving headfirst with some amazing clients and charities. Working with our clients isn’t just about managing projects; it’s about working together to bring their creative dreams to life and do more good. Even in a short space of time, it’s been satisfying watching those projects take shape and knowing you had a paw in making it happen.

I recently stumbled upon on Dam Street in Lichfield – where a plaque boldly claims “on this site, nothing happened.” Now, that’s the polar opposite of a typical day at Northern Bear! Here, something incredible happens every day. We’re proud to be bears; not sheep – roaring with ideas, creativity, and a passion for making the world a better place.

Sure, it’s been a whirlwind of tasks and projects, but every moment has been filled with purpose and passion. As I reflect on these first six weeks, I can’t help but feel grateful for the opportunity to be a part of this incredible team. The Northern Bear isn’t just a place I work; it’s a place where ideas soar, clients smile, and bears thrive.
Let’s just say, I’m glad to have joined the den!

Until next time, here’s to many more weeks of creativity, client success stories, and maybe just a few more bear puns along the way (I can’t help it, they growl on me).
