There are two other things what would be beneficial for us to further enhance your audit, if you’re able to do so, but we can carry out the audit with the information we already have.
Having access to the ‘back end’ of your site allows us to see how your site is put together, what platform it’s built in and whether it is being maintained correctly. Is short, we can give you a much more accurate picture of your sites health behind the front end.
Access to your Google Analytics account enables us to see how your site is currently being used – what’s working and what isn’t and where you’re potentially losing visitor engagement.
If you want to give us access to your Google analytics, you can follow this step-by-step guide. Please add the email address digital@thenorthernbear.co.uk with at least ‘analyst’ level access.
